CORRIGENDA & B A CORRY STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

The Directors and Shareholders of B A Corry & Corrigenda have the pleasure in announcing the forming of a strategic partnership to engage the market opportunities and develop a joint service provision, responding more effectively to customer and clients requirements.

The purpose of this structured collaboration is to further develop each companies strengths and take joint advantage of identified synergy savings. This will afford both companies a significant reduction in overheads and in turn provide a competitive edge in a challenging market.

It is envisaged that:

B A Corry will focus on 'Planned & Reactive Maintenance' in Gas, Mechanical and Electrical Services

Corrigenda will build on its 'Projects' expertise in offering intergrated Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental solutions.

Each company will assemble the best of its systems, resources and management under one roof and maximise the joint potential. It is anticipated that both companies will be operating from Corrigenda's Segenworth premises by the end of December 2009, in preparation for the New Year.

In medium term, it is the intention to harmonise and align both businesses and work towards a consolidation of corperate image and structure.
